9th FOREST EUROPE Ministerial Conference

The Ninth FOREST EUROPE Ministerial Conference will share national experiences and the latest findings and challenges in sustainable forest management (SFM) across the pan-European region. The meeting aims to make decisions to strengthen future cooperation on forests in Europe.

FOREST EUROPE is the pan-European voluntary high-level political process for dialogue and cooperation on forest policies in Europe. FOREST EUROPE develops common strategies for its signatory countries and the EU on how to protect and sustainably manage their forests.

The Ministerial Conference will bring together 44 ministers of the signatory countries, the European Commission, representatives of 48 observer organizations, and 14 observer countries. Participants will discuss SFM, resilience, and youth involvement through thematic sessions that aim to shape the future vision of FOREST EUROPE.
