This meeting of ministers and development partners will review progress made since the previous Ministerial meeting of the g7+ held in Lome, Togo in 2014. The meeting will aim to set a “strategic roadmap” for the year 2016 -2017. The g7+ member countries and development partners will discuss countries' respective peace and reconciliation efforts, economic resilience, New Deal implementation, and localizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Government of Afghanistan will report on its fragility assessment, part of its New Deal implementation.
