The Committee of Representatives of Governments and Administrations (CRGA) – the governing body of the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) and the Conference of the Pacific Community – provides instructions to the organization regarding its work plans for the coming year and considers the strategic direction and governance of the organization. The agenda for the 40th meeting has two parts – Technical and Scientific, and Policy and Governance.
