The 39th Meeting of the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee (JISC) will meet in Bonn, Germany, in September. The JISC supervises the verification procedure for submitted projects to confirm that reductions of emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks meet the requirements of Article 6 of the Kyoto Protocol and Joint Implementation guidelines.
