The 32nd meeting of the Animals Committee of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) will take place in June 2023.

The Animals Committee was established to fill gaps in biological and other specialized knowledge regarding species of animals that are (or might become) subject to CITES trade controls. Its role is to provide technical support to decision making about these species.
