This Summit will gather legislators from over 50 countries to discuss national legislative efforts. Senior officers of the UN and World Bank will also join the approximately 100 legislators to receive the findings of the 4th edition of the GLOBE Climate Legislation Study. A Partnership for Climate Legislation will be launched by the President of the Mexican Congress, President Ricardo Anaya Cortes, Chairman of the South African National Assembly, Hon Cedric Frolick MP, President of GLOBE International, Rt Hon. John Gummer, Lord Deben, and World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim.
