The Economic and Social Council's (ECOSOC) Management Segment meets twice per cycle and focuses on the adoption of procedural decisions, consideration of recommendations of subsidiary bodies, as well as the introduction of reports and consideration of draft proposals submitted under relevant agenda items.

Issues to be considered during the June 2020 meeting include drugs and crime, food security, gender, geospatial information, human rights, nutrition and refugees.
