2013 Global Forum on Development

The 2013 Global Forum on Development, organized by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), will bring together representatives from governments, business, civil society and academia to discuss shifting dynamics of poverty and the implications for poverty reduction strategies, in the context of the post-2015 development goals. The Forum will include discussion sessions on: national policy frameworks and global challenges of poverty reduction; the links between poverty, environment and growth; poverty reduction and social cohesion; measuring well-being and progress in developing countries; and statistical capacity development in an emerging post-2015 development agenda. There will also be a presentation on the European Report on Development, which aims to contribute to the debate on the post-2015 development agenda.
