This Forum is organized by WaterLinks, in cooperation with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the US Agency for International Development (USAID). It will bring together Water Operators Partnerships Programme (WOPs) participants to discuss “Enhancing WOPs in Asia”. The Forum aims to raise awareness about the need to improve operational efficiency and demonstrate how successful projects can be scaled-up and replicated. The event is based on the recognition of accelerated water scarcity in a changing climate and growing water demand that elevates the importance of non-revenue water (NRW) management.
