1st Specialist Conference on Municipal Water Management and Sanitation in Developing Countries

This conference aims to develop an integrated perspective on sanitation solutions in Asia, based on the concept “from toilet to source,” which includes consideration of storm-water, sludge and solid waste management issues. The International Water Association (IWA) and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) are organizing the conference in collaboration with the Japan Sanitation Consortium, the Wastewater Management Authority (Thailand), and the Faculty of Engineering, Prince of Songkhla University, Thailand. The event also marks the 50th anniversary of the postgraduate study programme in Environmental Engineering and Management at AIT.
