This programme is organized by the Executive Programme of the UN Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Institute for Capacity Development, in collaboration with Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. Its aim is to provide strategic insight into state-of-the-art analyses and research on developing countries’ options for green growth and energy policy, as well as related green technologies, innovations and multilateral negotiations. It also aims to develop and orchestrate the five key skills of a negotiator’s tool-kit, which are thorough analysis, rational decision-making, persuasion, innovation, and implementation, and combine these with insights on policy positions and options in current environmental negotiations.
