The Fifth Finance in Common Summit aims to reimagine and reshape sustainable finance and create a greener, more inclusive world. The 2025 Summit will focus on the theme, ‘Fostering Infrastructure and Finance for Just and Sustainable Growth’.

The Finance in Common Summit is an initiative of the World Federation of Development Finance Institutions (WFDFI) and the International Development Finance Club (IDFC). The Development Bank of South Africa (DBSA) and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) will host the Summit, which will bring together public development banks (PDBs), the private sector, philanthropies, and global leaders. Finance in Common, a global network of all PDBs, aims to align financial flows with the Paris Agreement on climate change and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

The 2025 Summit will feature keynote, plenary, and breakout sessions and offer opportunities to build partnerships through networking sessions and business matchmaking. The event will focus on three pillars: inclusive finance; digital transformation; and infrastructure for climate action, including options to enhance resilience and adaptation.
