The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) will organize a high-level roundtable discussion on the theme, ‘Sharing Priorities for the New Collective Quantified Goal on Climate Finance’. The roundtable will convene on the margins of the Bonn Climate Change Conference.
The event will explore the priorities of different stakeholders for the New Collective Quantified Goal on Climate Finance (NCQG) and discuss what the NCQC needs to deliver effectively to address challenges and support enhanced global climate action. The NCQG is to be established by the end of 2024 and to take into account the needs and priorities of different countries. Participants will be invited to identify their two key priorities for the NCQG to scale up climate finance.
