The Asia and the Pacific Regional Workshop, to be held from 13-15 October in Bangkok, Thailand, will bring together designated national authorities (DNAs), national focal points (NFPs) and mitigation and market experts from the region, among others, to update market stakeholders on: recent developments in the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM); future and existing mechanisms; and new and emerging emission trading schemes. The workshop will also allow for an exchange of knowledge and experience in promoting carbon finance and mitigation action in Asia and the Pacific.
