The Development and Climate Days will convene on the margins of the 19th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 19) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The Days are organized by the Red Cross/Red Crescent Climate Centre and the Global Environment Facility (GEF).
