The video highlights the ways in which InforMEA organizes the world’s environmental law and how it helps steer and implement environmental policy.
The video highlights InforMEA’s birds eye view and keyword search tool, which canvass over 50 international and regional MEAs. InforMEA contains treaty texts, decisions, lists of Parties to each convention and contact points.
The video also outlines the InforMEA glossary, which provides explanatory definitions and cross links to relevant MEA articles. It also features the InforMEA e-learning platform, which provides freely accessible self-paced introductory courses on: climate atmosphere and deserts; biological diversity; oceans; and hazardous chemicals and wastes.
