17 November 2014: The Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) has released the final report of the seventh session of the Conference of the Parties serving as meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (COP/MOP 7).

The notification also includes a compilation of the relevant paragraphs that call for direct action by Parties, and highlights that several decisions call on Parties to submit information necessary for the preparation of COP/MOP 8.
