The International Energy Agency's (IEA) Implementing Agreement on Cooperation in the Research, Development and Deployment of Wind Energy Systems dealing specifically with the social acceptance of wind energy projects (Wind Task 28), in conjunction with IEA's Wind Base Technology Information Exchange (Wind Task 11) has organized this topical expert meeting (TEM), open to non-IEA Wind countries, to discuss the progress of the Implementing Agreement, and current good practices and future work programmes.
