IISD Reporting Services is pleased to announce the launch of the listserv:

POST2015-L

The primary objective of this listserv is to provide a mechanism for distributing information on activities in the processes leading up to the establishment of the post-2015 development agenda. Submissions to the listserv should contain information about reports, meetings and other inputs or announcements related to the development of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) after 2015, and the High-level Panel of Eminent Persons on the Post-2015 Development Agenda, and regional and national consultations on the post-2015 agenda, among other related activities. The listserv will be managed by IISD and information on United Nations activities will be provided in cooperation with the UN system agencies, funds and programmes through the United Nations System Chief Executives Board for Coordination (UN CEB) Secretariat.

We have developed three ways for you to subscribe to POST2015-L:

1) Click here to open your default email program and send the message that is automatically generated. Then, look for a confirmation email to arrive in your inbox and reply to start your subscription. If you do not receive a confirmation email, send a note to diego@iisd.org and he will confirm your request. Sometimes this confirmation will arrive in a spam/junk folder, so please check to see if the message is there; or

2) Click on this link to subscribe: http://sdg.iisd.org/about-the-post2015-l-mailing-list/#subscribe_post2015-l, enter your email address and click the envelope button, and follow the confirmation advice above; or

3) Reply to this email with the word “subscribe” in the subject or the body of the message and we will manually add you to the listserv and automatically confirm your subscription request.

On subscribing, all listserv members will receive a “welcome” email with instructions and guidelines for posting to the listserv.

Any subscriber may post announcements to the listserv by following the guidelines and sending announcements to the following email address: post2015@lists.iisd.ca. The POST2015-L listserv will be moderated and only those messages related to processes leading up to the establishment of the post-2015 development agenda will be sent to the subscribers. POST2015-L is not a discussion listserv and should be used only for non-commercial announcements. Also, since this is a community and not a media listserv, please do not send press releases

IISD is currently seeking partners and donors as we develop other knowledge management tools to assist key stakeholders in tracking the numerous and diverse internationally-relevant activities related to setting the post-2015 development agenda. The project (similar to our Climate Change Policy & Practice, Sustainable Energy Policy & Practice and Biodiversity Policy & Practice projects) will include tracking news and activities through a publicly-accessible knowledgebase on the related processes, and building an information dissemination mechanism useful to the relevant stakeholders in coordinating their activities. POST2015-L on Facebook: The POST2015-L listserv is not a discussion forum, however if you would like to join an online community to share your knowledge on this issue, we have established a Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/post2015agenda/ where Facebook users can recommend links, share news and comment on postings.
