<p>During her opening statement, the UN-Habitat Executive Director said “SDG 11 is where all of the SDGs come together,” and called for turning urbanization into a net positive contributor to life on Earth. Among other initiatives launched and announced during WUF10, 20 local and regional governments signed a declaration indicating their intention to prepare Voluntary Local Reviews.</p>
