The Days present a comprehensive programme of scientific knowledge, practical responses and opportunities for public awareness raising – a chance to push for greater political action in the run-up to and beyond the 15th session of the Conference of the parties to the UNFCCC. The sessions build on previous Water and Climate Days held in 2007 and 2008 and are a joint effort between many organizations working on key water and climate policy issues.
