The UN General Assembly (UNGA) will convene a one-day high-level plenary meeting on addressing the existential threats posed by sea level rise.

The President of the UNGA will finalize the organizational arrangements for the meeting through open, transparent, and inclusive consultations with Member States. The meeting may result in an outcome document.
