UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon will brief Member States on his synthesis report on the post-2015 development agenda, which was called for in UN General Assembly Resolution 68/6 of 9 October 2013. The informal meeting of the plenary, convened by UNGA President Sam Kutesa, is open to civil society representatives and will be webcast. The advance unedited version of the synthesis report is expected to be available on the day of the briefing.
