The Climate Investment Funds (CIF) and Climate Policy Initiative are organizing the third in a series of Geothermal Dialogues that bring together major actors from the world of energy finance in developing countries, to explore how to scale renewable energy deployment. Building upon the first Geothermal Dialogue in 2014 and the second Geothermal Dialogue in March this year, the meeting will assemble countries receiving support from the Climate Investment Funds for geothermal projects and host countries involved in other geothermal projects, donor countries, project developers and financiers, multilateral development banks, representatives from the CIF Administrative Unit and a few selected additional participants.
