Third Berlin Forum on Chemicals and Sustainability

The Third Berlin Forum on Chemicals and Sustainability will convene in September 2024.

The event will bring together governments, the private sector, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academics, and civil society from across agriculture, economic, environment, health, and labor sectors. The German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV) is organizing the event. The Inter-Organization Programme for the Sound Management of Chemicals (IOMC) is co-hosting the Forum.

The Second Berlin Forum on Chemicals and Sustainability focused on the contributions of the health, food, and labor sectors to the prevalence and use of chemicals and on the urgent need for innovative solutions to help achieve the desired just transition.
