The Task Force on Water and Climate under the the Convention on the Protection and Use of Transboundary Watercourses and International Lakes (Water Convention) is responsible for activities related to adaptation to climate change in transboundary basins, including flood and drought management, in accordance with the programme of work for 2019-2021 of the Water Convention.

The tenth meeting of the Task Force on Water and Climate aims to discuss, plan and provide guidance to the implementation of these activities under the 2019-2021 programme of work.

The meeting is preceded by the Global Workshop on Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA).
