Participants will include high-level experts from the academic community, business leaders, and national and international policymakers and practitioners. Speakers will include Nicholas Stern, IG Patel Professor of Economics and Government, London School of Economics, and Sheila Khama, Practice Manager, Energy and Extractive Industries Global Practice, World Bank.
