27-31 October 2014 Singapore, Singapore
Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW)

The Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) is an annual week-long platform for energy professionals, policymakers and commentators to discuss and share best practices and solutions within the global energy space. The annual event aims to facilitate the exchange of ideas and discussions on pertinent energy-related issues, while simultaneously meeting the strategic objectives of Singapore's commitment to becoming a global leading energy hub and “living lab”. Clean and renewable energy roundtables will address: the food-water-energy nexus, renewable energy potential in Asia, smart grid integration, and electromobility. Keynote talks will be delivered by high-level officials from, among others, the International Energy Agency (IEA); United States Department of Energy, the Philippines Department of Energy; Asian Development Bank (ADB); and Royal Dutch Shell. A number of parallel events will take place during the week, including the Asia Clean Energy Summit, EU Business Avenues Clean Technologies and Renewables@SIEW, a cohesive platform for clean-energy related issues.
