The Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC), Diverse Voices and Action for Equality, and the Pacific Youth Council are convening this regional meeting to discuss priorities and partnerships to advance the consideration of gender issues, climate change and disaster risk reduction in the international policy agenda, including the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the post-2015 development agenda. Participants will discuss how they can work together in putting forward Pacific perspectives. Enele Sopoaga, Prime Minister of Tuvalu, will chair a high-level segment on 13 June.
