The main objective of this conference is to exchange and share ideas about new approaches to collaboration between North and South stakeholders. The discussion will focus on novel information technologies. The aim of the forum is to promote collaboration for the development of new knowledge, the definition of water policies and programmes, the better management of water utilities, and the establishment of projects to improve access to safe drinking water and sanitation, and sustainable use of the resource. Participants will also discuss the role of women and girls, and rural, semi-urban and urban water management.
