The UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and the forestry department of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN (FAO) are convening a workshop to review the Forest Resources Assessment (FRA). In addition, the workshop will hold sessions on monitoring sustainable forest management (SFM), reporting on wood products and energy, and dealing with gaps in data.
