GEO Week 2022

GEO Week 2022 will convene on the theme, ‘Global Action for Local Impact.’ It will showcase how global collaboration is accelerating the use of Earth Observations as evidence for local impact, both in Africa and around the world.

Organized by the Group on Earth Observations (GEO), the event will provide an opportunity for knowledge exchange, learning, and international collaboration. It will include the 59th meeting of the GEO Executive Committee, as well as the Youth Track, the Industry Track, side events, and other sessions, which all aim to highlight how the use of Earth observations can help support action on climate change, biodiversity loss, the ocean, nature-based solutions, and tackling the food security crisis.
