Co-organized by the World Farmers' Organization (WFO) and the UNFCCC Secretariat, Farmers' Day will bring together participants from farming groups, researchers and civil society to discuss agriculture in light of the negotiations during the 21st Conference of the Parties (COP 21). The program includes panel discussions on the following issues:partnerships to improve agricultural resilience and productivity in a changing climate; partnering to scale-up climate-smart agriculture in Africa: from policy to tangible impact; and agroecology as a viable solution to create climate resilience and a sustainable food system.
