Arab Sustainable Development Week

Since 2016, the League of Arab States has lent special attention to the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals to ensure that government policymakers adopt it as part of their national development strategies.

The Arab Sustainable Development Week will look into ways to support this objective by bringing together more than 1,300 senior officials and decision makers concerned with sustainable development issues in the Arab region.

The three outcome themes for the Week are: integration between development partners; towards a better life; and new horizons for an ever-changing world.
