8-12 March 2021 virtual
7th Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum

The Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Network (APAN) supports adaptation actors in the region with knowledge for designing and implementing adaptation measures, building capacity to access technologies and finance, and integrating climate change adaptation into policies, strategies, and plans towards building climate change resilient and sustainable human systems, ecosystems, and economies. APAN was developed and launched by the UN Environment Programme in 2009 under the Global Adaptation Network, and is the first regional adaptation network.

The 7th APAN Forum is scheduled to convene from 8-12 March 2021. It will take place in a virtual format due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event is organized by the Ministry of the Environment of Japan, together with the Asia Pacific Adaptation Network (APAN) Secretariat.
