The Adaptation Fund Board, which will meet in March 2016 for the 27th time, is the governing body of the Adaptation Fund, and is composed of 16 members and 16 alternates representing Parties to the Kyoto Protocol. The Adaptation Fund was established under the Kyoto Protocol of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
