The 'Global Landscapes Forum: Peatlands Matter' event will bring together local and global policymakers, stakeholders, and private sector interests in order to identify landscape-level solutions and accelerate measurable action on the ground in negotiating conflicting land use demands in peatlands. The event's agenda will focus on: Peatlands in Indonesia: Community perspectives and priorities for new landscapes; Why peatlands matter: Sharing lessons, best practices and the latest research from around the world; The science behind peatlands; and Peatlands at the local level.
