The 13th session of the UN Forum on Forests (UNFF 13) will address implementation of the Strategic Plan and the Quadrennial Programme of Work, and means of implementation for SFM.
A meeting in February 2018 titled, Working Across Sectors to Halt Deforestation and Increase Forest Area: From Aspiration to Action, will provide input to UNFF 13 on SDG target 15.2. UNFF 13 will in turn provide input to the 2018 session of the High-level Political Forum (HLPF 2018), particularly its consideration of SDG 15.
