February 2009: The International Conference on “Challenges and Opportunities in Agrometeorology” (INTROMET 2009), organized by the Indian Meteorological Society with the support of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), will take place from 23-25 February 2009, in New Delhi, India.
The INTROMET-2009 will focus on various aspects of agrometeorology, and on methods and techniques for better prediction, preparedness and mitigation of the adverse weather impacts on agriculture production.
