publication of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), the UN Educational,
Scientific and Cultural Organization’s Intergovernmental Oceanic Commission,
and the International Council for Science features, inter alia, news on: the
Global Energy and Water Cycle Experiment (GEWEX) Global Precipitation
