The initiative is being undertaken by the European Commission, the Directorate General for Health and Consumers, and World Health Organization (WHO)/Europe. It aims to enhance the adaptive capacity of neighboring EU countries to manage health crises. In addition to topics such as chemical safety and disaster preparedness planning and response, country reports include sections on climate change.
