25 March 2009: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released submissions by parties on “Consideration of the scale of emission reductions to be achieved by Annex I Parties in aggregate, of the contribution of Annex I Parties individually or jointly, consistent with Article 4 of the Kyoto Protocol, to the scale of emission reductions to be achieved by Annex I Parties in aggregate, and of other relevant issues arising from the implementation of the work programme of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol as contained in document FCCC/KP/AWG/2008/8, paragraph 49 (c)” (FCCC/KP/AWG/2009/MISC.1/Add.1).
