1 June 2009: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released two documents to be considered by the 30th session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI), which is currently taking place in Bonn, Germany.

The first is a submission by Tuvalu on appropriate treaty arrangements relating to privileges and immunities for individuals serving on constituted bodies established under the Kyoto Protocol (FCCC/SBI/2009/MISC.5/Add.2). The second is a note by the Secretariat containing an analysis of progress made in, and the effectiveness of, the implementation of the framework for capacity building in developing countries in support of the second comprehensive review of the capacity-building framework (FCCC/SBI/2009/4).
