The submissions were received from: the US on Reducing Emissions and Enhancing Removals from Forests and Land Use; Australia on the Legal Architecture for a Post-2012 Outcome, and on the Title of a Post-2012 Agreement; Norway on a legal text on a mechanism for reducing emissions by sources and increasing removals by sinks in the forestry sector in developing countries (REDD-plus mechanism), and on auctioning allowances issued under the Copenhagen Agreement; and Japan on Emission trading and project-based mechanisms.
