UNFCCC Secretariat Releases Parties’ Submissions on Bali Action Plan

12 June 2009: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released three submissions from 12 parties on ideas and proposals on the elements contained in paragraph 1 of the Bali Action Plan (FCCC/AWGLCA/2009/MISC.4/Add.3).

These submissions add to the 83 submissions from 49 parties contained in FCCC/AWGLCA/2009/MISC.4 (Parts I and II) and Add.1 and 2, and will be considered by the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-Term Cooperative Action under the Convention at its sixth session taking place until 12 June 2009, in Bonn, Germany. The submissions were received from: Australia; a joint submission from Australia, Belarus, Canada, European Community and its member States, Iceland, Japan, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Russian Federation, Switzerland, and Ukraine; and Canada.
