17 June 2009: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released the proposal from Bolivia, on behalf of Malaysia, Paraguay and Venezuela, for an amendment to the Kyoto Protocol (FCCC/KP/CMP/2009/12).
The Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol will consider this proposal at its fifth session in December 2009.
