18 November 2009: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published a report (FCCC/SBI/2009/10) on the implementation of the framework for capacity-building in developing countries.
The report has been prepared to support annual monitoring and evaluation by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) of the implementation of the framework for capacity-building in developing countries. It draws on information synthesized from national communications, other national reports, and annual submissions from parties and relevant organizations received between September 2008 and August 2009. Information is presented according to the elements of the capacity-building framework. This report will be considered by the SBI at its 31st session, to be held from 7-18 December 2009, in Copenhagen, Denmark. [The Report]
