UNFCCC Releases Malta’s Proposal to Amend Annex I to the Convention

13 May 2009: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released the proposal from Malta for an amendment to Annex I to the Convention (FCCC/CP/2009/2).

The proposed amendment will be considered by the Conference of the Parties at its 15th session, scheduled to take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, in December 2009 [The Proposal]
