31 January 2014: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released the reports of the 19th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 19) and the 9th session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP 9). The reports contain the COP 19 and CMP 9 decisions taken at the Warsaw Conference and the proceedings from the sessions of COP 19 and CMP 9.

COP 19 and CMP 9 took place in Warsaw, Poland, from 11-23 November 2013. Document FCCC/CP/2013/10 contains part I, which includes the proceedings, of the COP 19 report. Document FCCC/CP/2013/10/Add.1 contains part II to the COP 19 report featuring the action taken by the COP on, inter alia: further advancing the Durban Platform; Warsaw international mechanism for loss and damage associated with climate change impacts; long-term climate finance; report of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) to the COP and guidance to the GCF; arrangements between the COP and the GCF; report of the GEF to the COP and guidance to the GEF; report of the Standing Committee on Finance (SCF) to the COP; fifth review of the financial mechanism; work programme on results-based finance; coordination of support for the implementation of activities in relation to mitigation actions in the forest sector by developing countries, including institutional arrangements; modalities for national forest monitoring systems; and addressing the drivers of deforestation and forest degradation.

Document FCCC/CP/2013/10/Add.2 contains part II to the COP 19 report featuring the actions taken by the COP on, inter alia: Work of the Adaptation Committee 17/CP.19 Nairobi work programme on impacts, vulnerability and adaptation to climate change 18/CP.19 National adaptation plans 19/CP.19 Work of the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention 20/CP.19 Composition, modalities and procedures of the team of technical experts under international consultation and analysis 21/CP.19 General guidelines for domestic measurement, reporting and verification of domestically supported nationally appropriate mitigation actions by developing country Parties 22/CP.19 Sixth national communications from Parties included in Annex I to the Convention 23/CP.19 Work programme on the revision of the guidelines for the review of biennial reports and national communications, including national inventory reviews, for developed country Parties

Document FCCC/CP/2013/10/Add.3 contains part II to the COP 19 report featuring the actions taken by the COP on, inter alia: revision of the UNFCCC reporting guidelines on annual inventories for Annex I Parties; modalities and procedures of the Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN) and its Advisory Board; budget performance for the biennium 2012-2013; programme budget for the biennium 2014–2015; dates and venues of future sessions.

Document FCCC/KP/CMP/2013/9 contains the proceedings of CMP 9, while document FCCC/KP/CMP/2013/9/Add.1 contains the actions taken by the CMP.
