22 February 2013: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released the report of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA) on the second part of its 15th session, which was held in Doha, Qatar, from 27 November-7 December 2012.

The report features sections on: the opening of the session; organizational matters; preparation of an agreed comprehensive and balanced outcome to be presented to the 18th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP), to enable the full, effective and sustained implementation of the Convention through long-term cooperative action now, up to and beyond 2012, pursuant to decision 1/CP.13; the review; and other matters. It contains descriptions of the proceedings addressed during the session.
